Our Governing Body meets on a Thursday afternoon every two months to review progress and agree actions around specific pieces of work. It aims to meet in each locality at least once a year and although they are not public meetings, the public are able to attend to observe.
Prior to the start of the meeting a period of up to 10 minutes is set aside for members of the public who would like to raise a particular matter or ask a question.
To ensure the CCG can provide a full response, we ask that members of the public who wish to submit a question do so in advance of the meeting (see below for contact details). We can receive questions or comments up to 5pm on the Monday before the Governing Body meeting takes place.
Please note - due to patient confidentiality, we cannot discuss or respond to questions about individual patients in public.
